I think she looks amazing exactly how she is..
I totally get where everyone is coming from about the entertainment industry being harsh and the standards are high and bleh, bleh, bleh
but so many people are so cynical and critical of her.

The jacket and tote bag gives an edgy retro feel to it while the beanie and fingerless gloves are tre-cute:)
and The navy skirt adds some depth and colour.
Totally loving the barely-there tights and snakeskin pumps..so chique.

November 5th, 2009 at 12:28 amI did a Fashion Fix on this a few weeks ago as I said on that…I love this dress but it is directed towards people with model’s bodies.
I also love the wristcuffs but the dramtic red lips and clutch are too much for the elegance of the dress.
The earrings are cute but she could have done without them as the shoulder knots( right of the runway btw, vair fashion forward) are so eye catching and are really one of the main focus’ of this ensemble.
Overall, Not my fave Leighton outfit…
Check her out at Paris Fashion week or @ this years Teen choice awards, she got it just right at both of those events…she looked stunning!

October 31st, 2009 at 2:11 amI totally get where everyone is coming from about wearing a cute LBD or a blazer instead..but that would totally ruin the ethnic-bohemian-look hilary was going for. I mean, the entire outfit was put together for that purpose-she wanted to make a fashion statement. soory but I just had to get that out there.

I hope a new and big storyline is coming up that will last for more than 3 episodes.
I love Chuck and Blair and I want more of the old chemistry back even though they are still really cute.
Also, anyone think that Jenny and Nate are soooo Dull now, Nate has no really interesting storylines anymore.
The directors should get advice from One Tree Hill. That show is amazingly directed and has survived through 7 seasons and is still going strong.
I want the old GG feel back. I loved season 1 & 2!

October 30th, 2009 at 4:05 amActually, I like this. The bandana around her neck matches the stringy-styled braclets while the cute-as clutch and earrings keep everything a little more formal and dressed up. The gladiator style shoes and the long leggings are a great look for this season.
She has styled such a simple blue tee and livened it up to make it fashionable in a bohemian way.
That is my opinion though.

And the shoes are the one accessory that is essential to keep everything alive and interesting, i reckon the choice was excellent.

I totally get where they both were coming from with their outfits but overall i reckon shakira pulled it off more.
But Taylor has accessorized this outfit well.
I would prob have worn the tunic with black pumps and tights and also a black waist belt to make it more classy but that it just me…
