Taylor’s Tragic Story in Fabulous Magazine- READ!

Hey guys,

I, like everyone else who keeps up with gossip, have noticed the online wars going on between Gossip Girl fans who support Taylor Momsen, and the ones who don’t. As for those who write here at watch-gossip-girl.com to entertain you, we just tell it like it is. Whether you like it or not, it’s our job to tell you guys whats going on. Even if that means saying a few things here and there about Taylor Momsen. And, face it, guys: the things she says are not okay. If you don’t like the way we write, don’t read it.

On a different note, I came across an interview with Taylor in Fabulous magazine, and I just had to share. Once you guys read this, your views on her may change. Mine didn’t

So she starts the interview by saying, “I’ve had lots of people say I’m disgraceful because I should act like a role model for younger kids but I’m not a role model. I’m an actress, I’m a singer and I don’t want to be a role model.”

Sorry, hon, but the title ‘role model’ comes with the job. You should have thought of that before you got into the business.

Next, she says: “I didn’t have a great childhood. I loved my family, I loved my work, but I hated school. I had a really bad time. Other kids didn’t like me. I didn’t fit in. I know a lot of girls couldn’t handle everything I’ve been through.

“I was made fun of all the time – the other kids used to taunt me religiously. I never had a best friend. My life was just not normal. I was in commercials, I was in TV series, then I was the Grinch Girl.

“I really wanted a friend but it just never happened. I didn’t get talked to or invited anywhere. I never got hit or anything like that. It was much more snidey and personal. I also never got asked out once at school. I was the weird one. Maybe people thought I was stuck, maybe they thought I was above them.”

And what does she have to say about the Courtney Love comparison?

“It bugs me when people say I’m the next Courtney Love. Number one I’ve never been a heroin addict like she was, and number two I don’t look anything like her.”

Uhh, what?

Spot the difference?

The rest of the interview and comments she makes are quite different, some about inspiring other girls, others about wanting to be original. Other than that, she makes it very clear that she’s not going to change for anyone.

The ever so stunning Blake Lively was in NYC a few days ago and she was caught sporting a silver trench. I love the shoes but the jacket I am not a big fan of.

Everytime I do a post on how much I dislike Taylor’s not-so-sensible choice of clothing, I get about 623896479238 comments telling me how I don’t have the right to judge her. So I am putting matters into your hands. I want you to tell me what you think of Taylor’s “outfit,” if we can call it that(what?! I am allowed one jab, right?).

Also, for those of you who can’t make out what it is that lovely T is sporting: A graphic Tee, fishnet stocking, 3718 layers of lipstick(not a vert flattering shade either), a pearl necklace and combat boots.

Serious Chair? Who would have thought it?

Hey gossip fans, Florence here.

I’m not sure about you guys but I ADORED the latest Gossip Girl episode, and I’m so glad that they’re finally upping their game again

But what really struck me about this episode is the fact that Chair (and as much as I love them I have to say this) have become the more serious couple?

I mean did any of you really expect this to happen? I mean all through the episode whilst Nerena were out having fun (and sex) Chair were having serious talks and argueing and god I can see the downfall coming now.

I was so hyped at the end of season 2 to see the sexy chair couple come back and now all we have is a seriously depressed Chuck and a Blair who only looks like she’s happy around Serena. What is with that?

So as much as I’m loving the newly improved Gossip Girl, Serenate, and the fab new storylines (mama chuck and bad boy damion mostly) I just wish they would sort out chair.

We LOVE them but we NEED them to be themselves again. We need them to be having food sex and public room sex and we need them to be in that place that Serenate are! Because I always thought that that was chuck and blair (+ the whole emotional stuff, but you know what i mean).

So BRING BACK MY OLD FUN LOVING CHAIR (and stop Chuck acting like a grandpa).

Also I heard the Dair news and in my opinion, as cute as they would be as friends, a couple? no! Here’s a pic to prove:

Taylor Momson goes surprise, surprise Grungy

Taylor M. was at the BMI Industry Insider’s How I Produced The Record Event in New York City recently. Taking into consideration the event, I suppose the outfit isn’t ghastly. I like the Tee, Rage Against The Machin ftw! Her hair looks like it was ripped of Babies and then plastered on to her head. I have NEVER been a fan of raccoon eyes and, sorry, will never be. So while the outfit is nice(ish) the hair and make up was epic fail for me.

But that’s just MY OPINION.

You guys are free to think whatever you want. And while you’re at that free-thinking thing, just write it down as a comment, wouldja?

Georgina gone blonde + rocks it in designer everything! – Sophia Fashion Fix!

Hey guys,

Wow! Here is some wierd news. The conniving brunette Georgina has opted for a blonde bombshell look.
It is vair weird looking at this because I am so used to seeing Michelle Trachtenberg as a stunning Brunette.

I actually think she looks okay though.

Totally love this designer splurge look. The fur coat makes this ensemble vair chic and sophisticated but the full length leggings tone everything down as the coat is so extravegent.
I love the clash of patterns of the Louboutin Leopard Pumps and Valentino snakeskin bag.
Also love the oversized Chanel bag – always updates an outfit.
I think the D&G-esque Sunglasses paired with the stunning jewelry completes the look and look so cute.

Love the black nails too.

Overall, I dont mind the blonde hair on Georgina.

Leighton Meester at Haze Night Club

Leighton Meester performed at Haze Nightclub in LA and she looked *fab.* The Herve Leger dress is gorgeous and her make-up is impeccable. The Givenchy peep-toe, lace up booties as you can see, are majorly drool worthy though I can’t help wondering… if the dress would look better with basic pumps or ankle booties, b’cause these sort of make her legs look shorter. Also, I just wish her hair was more brown, it seems to have a weird reddish tint here.
