Comments on: Chair Breakup, Blair’s Bullimia (season 3 GG) ?!

i really hope they get into her bulimia more.
i think it’d make it more interesting.. there was
more of that in the books and i think they need
to add it in the show. (by interesting i don’t mean
bulimia is a good thing).

if chair is breaking up i will stop loving the show and only look the old season with melancholic nostalgia. i love their story so much i want them to be together like forever!

OMG i hope chair don’t break up they are the perfect couple in GG they’re the only couple on GG that i love to watch caus lets fac it if they werent on they’re then nobody would watch it but i agree with i_heart_chuck says they will probably go their seperate ways but hopefully stay as friends and then finally get bk together and also jack bass will probably get involved in the reason why they split up can’t he just get a LIFE x xoxo gossip girl

I think they will break-up because of the whole Jack/Blair incident. Like at the end of “The Debarted” we see, or at least we think we see Chuck’s Mother, who is known to be dead. I think this will cause a bit of tension and I think that Bart was never Chuck’s dad, but Jack WAS! Then it would mean Blair slept with her boyfriend’s dad! EWWW!!! Then I think this would remind Chuck of why he was angry at Blair, therefore, re-lighting the flame. Well, I think Blair will apologize to Chuck but he will not accept it straight away leaving Blair all alone. I agree that Blair will use someone to get back Chuck and I think it would be Dan as Blair told Chuck in season two that “The only person with fewer friends than you, is Dan Humphrey, and even is lame, 90’s Dad likes him. And that’s because he’s something you’ll never be. A human being” so she might think that he will help her win Chuck back but Blair starts to like Dan a bit more than friends and sleeps with him and they both agree to keep it quiet. THEN Chuck finally comes around and forgives Blair and they get back together. But then maybe Dan is too good of a person and tells Chuck what happened between himself and Blair making Chuck very angry. Chuck tells Blair he knows but then… he tells Blairs that he still loves her no-matter what and then Blair apologizes to Chuck and Chuck then accepts. I think they will pernamently go their seperate ways in the season finale though through another break-up but there will be no fighting. All there will be is them deciding that it is time to go there seperate ways so there are no broken hearts in the end. everyone wins.

well episode 6 has just been released and after watching it it is obvious that they are going to go through a rough patch and maybe break up. I actually thought they had got over all their games and didnt think they would break up but i hope that it will be chuck fighting for blair because it will make this season a lot more exciting. Chuck and Blair <3 x

I agree with Flo i think Chuck and Blair will have their ups and downs and might break up once or twice through the season. But i hope they are together for the season finale. I also agree that i Blair’s Bulimia will come back. Chuck & Blair 4 Life

I agree that Blair’s bulimia could be a potential problem in her relationship with Chuck (and everyone else she holds near and dear), considering how consuming an eating disorder can be in a person’s life. Apart from that one episode with Blair eating the cake, her bulimia isn’t really revisited and left totally undealt with. It would probably send a good message to viewers to see Blair actually face her problem, considering they basically make it sound like someone with an eating disorder can lead a totally happy life, uninterrupted by these tendencies to upchuck everything one eats.

I also wrote an article about this great couple and about how the clip from episode 3 tells us a lot about the possibilities of their relationship in season 3…
I had somehow forgotten about Blair bulimia and I think it’s very interesting you suggesting that she may be the first one to let go…why not? people I talked to about it are very likely to expect Chuck to be the first one to let go, mostly because he’s “Chuck Bass” but I hope that the screenwriters gave it a little more consideration than that and are willing to surprise us…It be really be great this way because Chuck would have to fight for Blair like he never really did before…
I hope Dan will soon realise that Georgina is using him to get back at Blair (since Blair is the one responsible for sending Georgina away to boot camp)…Dan, you could feel it in the second episode, is likely to be in-between, as a new member of the upper east side and as a former outsider, he may understand Blair’s issues? especially if his very good friend Serena (and step sister) advises him to…
Here”s my opinion: Blair will have a lot going on in NYU and won’t be able as weeks go by to come back home to her beloved Chuck; afraid that, bored he turns to other girls (the non having sex part is already very suggestive in this way) she’ll try to get his attention through Dan, making him jealous…And who knows, maybe Dan will use Blair as well (learning his scheming from lover Georgina) to get back at Georgina (that would explain why he slept with her at the end of episode 2 which I found most surprising)…Let us not forget Chuck and G have a history..
What do you think? Does it sound too much?
