Looks like the Michael Ausiello at EW has responded to desperate people like us who want to know what is going to happen in March, this was his response:
Question: Any Gossip Girl spoilers? —Helen
Ausiello: Just this one: I**e*e*t **o*o*al.
Hmm looks like we have to put on our thinking caps. What could it be? At first it looked like some very random words to me. But after a bit of research, I realised it was:
“Indecent Proposal”
Your probably thinking what the hell is that? Ahh well the Indecent Proposal is a refernce to a 1993 film starring Demi Moore and Woddy Harrelson as a young married couple, and Robert Redford as a rich old guy who offers them a million dollars for a night with Demi.
You may ask what does this have to do with Gossip Girl? Well as we already know Chuck does an unforgivable thing that causs Blair to leave him 
. What if he offers her to Jack to get control of his business back?
Oh Dear I hope your wrong about this Ausiello eventhough it would be very juicy. Next time some happy spoilers please?

I think you got it right, M, and I don’t know if I like it. On the other hand, serenate/nerena are going to get together, right? so I guess im happy the boring chair is over, the interesting nerena will be a thing and that chuck will get a chance to be interesting again and will have to fight for blair if he ever wants her back..and that could be interesting, too
on the other hand… that indecent proposal actually sounds really funny … poor blair.

hmm i doubt (highly doubt) chuck would be willing to do that (out of character. he does care about business but not enough to give blair who he loves to his enemy) but i will be interested to see what it means!
did you get this from gossip girl insider?? if so, at least give them credit! but either way, nice post, and if you did that by your self you are AMAZING. I saw that last week and I couldn’t figure it out!

I don’t think Chuck would do this at ALL, because a, Chuck absolutely hates Jack and b, Jack does not control Bass Industries and besides, Chuck doesn’t want anything to do with his father’s company.
Again, i am not sure but it involves Jack the break upx
Ummm…. Chuck already has his business back, it went to lily who became his legal guardian and took control, and then he sold his shares to make a name for himself with his hotel. Whoever does offer him money or whatever to sleep with Blair, it can’t be jack, jack doesn’t have anything chuck needs.
