Chuck’s sexual encourters nearly list everyone on Upper East Side. He has had a close encounter with Little J ( Dan Humphrey little sister) and loves to drive new stepsister Serena Van Der Woodsen mad with dirty remarks. But the girl that holds Chuck’s heart is Miss Blair Waldorf.

Blair lost her virginity to him in his limo in Season One, but ever since its been games with the pair of them. Season Two has seen them play cat and mouse game, messing with each others feelings.
