Facebook can be a welcome relief if you have a demanding job and boss and must work long hours. Social networking can be the socializing you need if you can’t get out and do it in person.

It’s OK to Have a Pink Cell Phone Past

I may come down on pink gadgets now, but I remember my pink cell phone from back in the day too.

Don’t Be Cruel to the Dorky Girl in Class

She’ll always have the latest gadgets. Maybe she’ll even let you play with her BlackBerry Bold.

Bluetooth Earpieces Are Good For Subterfuge

I always thought Bluetooth earpieces were only good for talking on your cell phone hands-free, but I learned from Serena that they can also be used to pipe in dialogue from your smarter friend to make you sound cleverer to your crush.
[Vickye note- when Serena is trying to impress Julian in The Age Of Dissonance, and Vanessa is giving her answers via Bluetooth!]

One Missed Text Can Make a Good Girl Go Bad

Oh, Chuck. Leaving “good” Georgina out in the cold while she waited for a directional text to deal with Poppy seemed to be the straw that broke the camel’s back. She got her groove back as the villain just after the Missed Text Incident.

You Can’t Keep a Blogger Down

Try as you might, a crafty blogger such as Gossip Girl can’t be brought down in a day. Especially when you barely try.
