She is wearing Proenza Schouler pre-fall collection dress.

I agree with jjjj101. The hair clashes with the outfit. She’s wearing a Balencaiaga knee-length skirt, with rocker bangs?! Not good. Otherwise, I think nothing can make her look “bad” as such (except maybe the blonde hair), but she looks much better, stunning really, with GG Season 1 chocolate brown hair.

I think Leighton can pull of virtually any hairdo, even though this one is not my favourite of hers, what bothers me with this is the skirt. Otherwise the outfit could have been gold in more than one sense. If she just swapped the skirt for a dark pair of skinny jeans and some nice pumps she would have looked amazing!
