Spotted: Taylor Momsen spotted at the premiere of He’s just not that into you wearing black lace-up boots, black pants and a black sheer-like thingamajig. In short, all black.
What else is new?
But I think the detailing on the pants is kinda cute and new and fresh!

i would think if she had different coloured ankle boots(maybe a dark purple?) and some cute purple and green necklaces she could definitley spice the outfit up a bit instead of being all black..
but i def think the leggings would look cute if accesorised well
I, personally love her punk style. I loved the way she dressed in the episodes with agness, so i kinda hope she will dress like that more.
