Laura Breckenridge is joining the cast as Rachel Carr, the idealistic and fresh-faced new English teacher at Constance Billard.

At 25, Breckenridge –- who will be on for at least 3 episodes – isn’t much older than Blake and Leighton.

And here is a big surprise: Her and Blair don’t hit it off in class. Juicy!
