The belt adds a pop of color the otherwise toned down subtle colored outfit. The shoes are the bomb. The first outfit is a bit too much of everything. The shorts need to go OUT THE WINDOW. The blazer is fitted fantastically. The shoes again, too much with the outfit. Basically, throw the shorts and shoes out and add grey skinnies with plain black pumps. Perfect.
