Hope everyone is loving Gossip Girl Season 3!

But lets get down to business. The lovely Leighton Meester was spotted looking so cute at the 2009 mtvU Woodie Awards.
She presented the award for ‘Woodie of the year’, alongside Cyndi Lauper.

Just firstly, this outfit is a drastic improvement from her last public appearance.

She is seen in a cute-as, black, futuristic, long-sleeved tshirt paired with a tight grey high-waisted skirt.
Ok, I  totally love this ensemble. It has a very high fashion feel to it plus it suits her figure amazingly.
Love the pattern on the skirt as it spices everything up a little bit. The cute patterened bangles and ring look great and the textures clash perfectly.

I also love her hair and make-up. Just stunning!
The soft sausage curls put into the loose side-swept pony is tre-cute and the makeup is so beautiful – It outlines her delicate facial features and looks alot better than the American Eagle outfitters opening party.
