So, wow, that was an extraordinary episode-lots of twists and turns.
So at first, Chuck brings Georgina back in the taxi- Chuck does not know common class New York, obviously. Serena has trouble with Gabriel so she tries to tell her mother but Lily gives her a gorgeous bracelet with according to Lily was of her great grandmother’s. Lily said she was proud of Serena for doing all that good stuff- Yale, graduation, etc.
The dilemma between Blair and Nate continues. Nate wants Blair to move in but Blair is still hanging on Chuck. Personally, I would have moved in with Nate-I’m a Nair fan- but Blair does need to think this through. But I still think Nate is pushing Blair a little too much. How long have they been together? Two weeks, oh, I don’t know. But they do have a long history together. You know what they say about old flames. They never die out. Or something like that. . .
Serena, then, tries to seek Gabriel by leaving him a message that’s she pregnant. Oh, that’s a new one. The group- Chuck, Blair, Nate and Serena- realize that Gabriel’s investment was a fake. G steps in and brings this odd Holy aura into the room- must be the music. Oh, and before the whole G thing, Dan walks in and freaks out- okay, not freak out, but still! Dan seems to only care about college. Hmph. Back to the G thing, I love the part where everyone freaks out when G comes into the room. Dan calls her a “Crazy girl” which is very true.
So after, Serena goes to meet Gabriel for lunch, or brunch- oh, I don’t know! She tells him that he was a chance to fix everything. Chuck comes and brings the guards, making him give the mula out. Gabriel said the Poppy had the money.
Dan, then, spills everything to Lily, thinking it’s the right thing or something like that. Some people need to learn how to keep their mouths shut. Oh, and Gabriel reveals his routine plan to Chuck and Serena. He admits that his feelings got in the way. WELL IF HE REALLY LOVED HER, HE WOULD HAVE STOPPED!!!
The non-judging breakfast club makes G the bait for Poppy to admit her sinful money-making ways. G refuses at first but accepts.
Lily refuses Serena from doing anything to stop Poppy but Serena goes her own way. G is suddenly turned into this pretty, good-girl supermodel and they go to the Russian Tearoom. G talks about stupid stuff like Sex and the City to Poppy.
Meanwhile, Rufus is planning to propose to Lily. Five times the charm. Jenny distracts her with Twilight talk. Ugh.
Blair also confronts Chuck and he says they’re just a game. He then tells Serena that he loves Blair but won’t make her happy. (Notice in this part, you can see that Ed has gained some weight, esp. on his face.)
When G gives the envelope of mula to Poppy, she flees and instead of arresting her, they arrest Serena. Blair blames the whole thing on innocent Georgina. Blair, Nate and Chuck try to get S out but it seems useless.
Rufus finds out what Lily did and forgets proposing to her. Mothers can be pain in the necks sometimes.
Blair tells Nate that she talked to Chuck, doesn’t want to move in with him but that they should go to prom!! I LOVE NAIR!
The episode finishes with Serena, taking some mugshots.
