Hey guys!

Taylor Momsen was spotted at Clinique and Teen Vogue Magazine’s National Fresh Faces Tour in New York City on Tuesday!
*cough* Fresh-faced my butt!
But I actually think she looks really cute though. Usually we see her in that hardcore, grunge clothing and I like this outfit. I think she has finally hit the mark! YAY!

Ok, Lets get down to the important things!
Taylor is wearing a cute-as black with white seaming, long sleeved almost shift dress. Love the pockets on the dress – so trendy!
She has paired it with black tights and OMFG! ankle shoe boots.
The buckles on the shoes give the outfit edge while the tights keep it almost chique and toned down.
She has also accessorized amazingly as I am totally feeling the statement necklace, bag and rings. They add a twist to the outfit that keeps it young and fresh while her long blonde main keeps it casual-but-cool:)

This ensemble is edgy, fashion forward and uber-cute and I would totally wear it!
