Serena is dull. I’m sorry, of course she can be charming and smiley, and she certainly entertains me when she’s ‘old serena’ (i.e a little dramatic and interesting) but when she’s being ‘good girl Serena’ I find her insufferably dull.

I find I only can muster up the energy to listen to her whiney monotonal voice when she is a) with a man (thus providing an interesting relationship for the show) or b) when she is with Blair.

Blair is almost certainly a bitch. Regardless of reasons that is what she is. But that’s why we love her. She at least works well as a character on her own (albeit a man) and is funny, dramatic and interesting.

Unlike Serena who lets her looks do the talking rather than her personality.

ya’ll keep complaining ang judging.. its just a show people…. ya’ll keep commenting yet ya’ll still keep watchin… what’s the deal??? why don’t you all just sit back and watch. LEt the producers, directors, whoever -people-behind the show just do do their jobs.

Serena was just trying to make Blair realize that what she did by calling Jack was wrong. And B got mad.

Anyway. Let’s not reiterate what has already been spoken of enough.

Arushi you know what, shut the f**k up! i just watched the episode 8 of gossip girl season 3 and i really think that you shouldnt focus all you pent-up rage (which is i think you should direct to yourself) to blair.. shut up.. o know you have an opinion but yours is overboard.. that’s why now i know im also being way overboard.. B is really looking out for S, and is tring to get her back to reality.. cos her so-calle job is really drifting her away not only from her friends but also her family… and how can S prove herself, that she can get a job (a respectable and dignified one), if she is getting paid for a fake relationship- and that includes kissing in public.. that’s like being a whore without just getting into bed..
im so sorry if this was offensive,, i just really think that you were very harsh and somehow blindsighted by something when you wrote this..
and dont get me wrong, i also like S.. i love it when they are together and helping each other.. i love their friendship.. and i hope they can work this out.. B+S= a lot of fans being happy..
thats it.. i just really think that its unfair for blaiming this on B.. and making S look like the victim.. they are both at fault..

Yes. 100% true!
I don;t think they constantly have to cheat and have problems for people to find it interesting, there is enough of couples like that in the other series like Melrose Place for example.

I really don’t think season 3 is bad at all. There were a lot of new story lines and it’s better than ever. The Chuck and Blair scenes are cute and show that they are truly in love. Why should they constantly have problems and cheating or whatever for people to find it “interesting”? They are finally in a mature relationship.
