Blair is the way she is b/c her mom doesn’t care what she does. She can do whatever the heck she wants, and her mom doesn’t care about her character, only her appearance. Chuck too. That makes them very insecure, and people react differently to insecurity. Chuck and Blair, they get even.
It’s funny how Blair and Chuck both just smile over the situation. They’re like evil little kids that get their way. They seem to be made for each other from the beginning.
Side notes: Chuck looks so young in this episode!
I love how their styles reflect their personalities; it’s brilliant!
