Ok, so in the book (and its most probably different) this is what happens…
-Blaire finds out she gets into Yale (which has already been proved false)
-She runs to tell BFF Serena, who she finds making out with Nate in a hotub, (highly unlikely)
-This guy called Leo, who Jenny saw at Bendels will appear(possibly) and date.
-Jenny will make friends with this lesbian-ish girl.
-Dan and Vannessa both become semi famous for there Poetry and Filmaking.
-Blaire will have a fling with this guy call ed Owen, who is like 50 or something who works at Yale.
This is all probably different, but it gives us something different to debate and think about.

I think that Dan and Serena can date even if Lily and Rufus are together. It doesn’t matter cuz Anyways there not related !!!
